How do I get my files back?
You can supply us with any secondary storage device you own, and we will use that to give you back your files. Otherwise, we can sell you an external USB hard disk drive, USB flash drive or provide you with a link to download your files from our cloud storage service if you prefer.
Will I get all of my files back or only some of them? Will they have the same file names?
Yes, in most cases we can get everything back with the original filenames and folders. However, if this is not possible, we have our own custom-made software to provide you with a list of good and bad files so you see the results for yourself. We will also provide you with a file listing and screenshots. You can then visit our office to view/test the files or connect to our computer using Teamviewer software (free of charge) to view/test/open files to ensure you are happy with the results.
